Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping zones & delivery times
- United States (contiguous 48 states + DC): 6–12 business days
- US Remote — Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands: Varies by carrier; timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Canada (main provinces): 6–12 business days
- Canada Remote — Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: Varies by carrier; timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping rates
- United States (contiguous 48 + DC): US$5.99 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over US$50.
- US Remote (AK / HI / PR / USVI): US$12.99 flat rate. Free-shipping threshold does not apply.
- Canada (main provinces): US$5.99 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over US$50.
- Canada Remote (YT / NT / NU): US$15.99 flat rate. Free-shipping threshold does not apply.
The free-shipping progress bar in the cart reflects the main-zone threshold. Orders shipping to remote zones are always charged the flat remote rate at checkout.
Addresses we cannot ship to
At this time we are unable to ship to:
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- PO Boxes (please provide a street address)
- Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands
- Any destination outside the United States and Canada
Lost or delayed packages
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your package appears stuck or is not delivered within the estimated window, please contact us at support@lannee.shop and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@lannee.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
